Check-In & Check-Out

- Guests may be asked to present a valid identification document and booking confirmation upon arrival.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Please contact our reception team in advance if you expect to arrive late.
Reservations & Payment
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Energy Hills Resort.
- The rate, payment conditions, and cancellation policy applicable to your reservation are those displayed at the time of booking.
- Guests are responsible for settling all applicable accommodation, food and beverage, activity, and additional charges during their stay.
Cancellation & No-Show
